Covid-19

Due to Covid, extra precautions are being taken to make sure all clients and staff are safe. All surfaces are sanitized between clients and all clients (vaccinated or not) must wear a mask. If the client has symptoms of Covid, which include but are not limited to cough,, headache, fever, sore threat, etc. , please let me know ASAP so I can reschedule you. If the client has been exposed to anyone with any symptoms within the last 14 days, please reach out so we can reschedule. All doors in the facility remain locked at this time and clients are not allowed to wait inside as the lobby is small and does not provide enough room to social distance. Please text 512-730-0316 from your car when you arrive and you will be notified once I am at the door to unlock it for you. 

Booking Fee

Upon booking your appointment a $50 non-refundable booking fee will be required to hold your appointment. The fee will be applied to your total service fees on the day of your appointment.  Please note the fee only secures the time of your appointment.   If you cancel  or reschedule before the 48 hour window you will not lose your booking fee and it will apply to your future rescheduled appointment.

Cash, Apple Pay, Venmo, Cash App or credit card is accepted.

 

 -Please note: it is the client's responsibility to book for a touch up appointment.  Fees will go up if you get your first touch up done after the recommended time of 6-8 weeks. It's highly recommended your book your appointment ASAP and not wait as sometimes books can fill quickly.

Cancellation Policy

Brow Cancellation Policy Please give a 48-hour notice for all Brows appointments for rescheduling to avoid forfeit of your booking fee (please see policy with Booking Fee).  

 

Promotional rates will not be guaranteed if the service is not done within 2 months of promotion for new brows and 4-6 weeks for touch ups.  You may reschedule an appointment up to 2 times before you forfeit your booking fee.  Rescheduling an appointment in the time allowed will ensure your booking fee to transfer. If you however reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment, YOU WILL BE CONSIDERED A NO SHOW, you may book another appointment but will require an additional booking fee.  

 

Please understand that when you forget to cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss  the opportunity  to receive services.  

 

No Show Policy

SAME DAY NO SHOWS and CANCELLATIONS  within 48 hours will be charged the booking fee of $50

Refunds

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR BOOKING FEES.

 

You are paying for our time, service, product, and expenses to provide you with a service. There will be no refunds on any services done.  If you are having any issues, please do not hesitate to reach out. Instagram DM, text, or email is preferred, phone calls are unable to be picked up due to tattooing during business hours. If you would like to call, please leave a voice mail with phone number.
